Preliminary applications are currently being accepted to be added to the waiting list to rent affordable units in The Residences At Carnevale Plaza.  In order to be eligible for an affordable housing unit, you must meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Affordable Housing guidelines.

Rental Criteria For The Residences At Carnevale Plaza:

  • Credit Score MUST be 714 or above 

  • No evictions or filings

​

2 and 3 bedroom units are part of this program. When you are next on the waiting list, you will be contacted by a Triad Associate.​
